IPMA Kids Programme is dedicated to the holistic development and well-being of children through playful and interactive learning activities. Our main goal is to involve children’s in project-based activities aimed at developing project orientation and thinking, practice teamwork and communication skills, support autonomy of thinking and proactivity, involve creativity and initiative and gain knowledge and have fun.

What We Do

IPMA Kids Programme offers a non-formal learning experience designed to nurture and develop children's project leadership and management (PM) skills. Our programme emphasizes learning by doing projects, providing children with practical, hands-on opportunities to enhance their PM abilities in a fun and engaging environment.

How We Do It

Utilizing a project-based approach through workshops, IPMA Kids Programme empowers children to actively participate in their learning journey. By encouraging independent thinking and decision-making, children learn to conceptualize, plan, and execute projects, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability for their work.
